Seamless Carbon Steel Linepipe
ASTM/ASME SA106 Grade B/ASTM/ASME SA333 Grade 6, X52 in:
Sch 10 (from 14″ and above), Sch 20 (from 8″ and above), Std Wt/Sch 40, XS/Sch 80, Sch 120 (from 4″ and above), Sch 160 and XXS
Pipe diameter ranges from 1/2″ to 24″. ECPF can also offer larger diameter pipes from 24″ and above when specially requested.
Forged Carbon Steel Flanges
ASTM/ASME SA105N and ASTM/ASME SA350 Grade LF2, ANSI B16.5 in:
ASA 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500. Also, EN1092-1 PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63 and BS10 Table D and E in A105N, LF2 and S235JR.
Available as Slip On, Weld Neck, Socket Weld, Screwed BSP and NPT, and Blind flanges. We can also offer tongue and groove flanges, a various range of stainless steel flanges, JIS spec and on request other exotic materials.

Forged Carbon Steel Fittings
ASTM/ASME SA105 and ASTM/ASME SA350 Grade LF2, ANSI B16.11/BS3799 in:
3000 and 6000, Screwed NPT or BSP, Socket Weld, Self-Colour and HDG.
Available as 45/90 degree Elbows, Half/Full/Reducing Couplings, Equal/Reducing Tees, Hex Bushes, Male/Female Elbows and Unions, Equal/Reducing Hex Nipples, Hex/Round Head Plugs, Crosses, End Caps, Barrel/Weld Nipples, Concentric Swage Nipples, Reducing Inserts.
Fittings diameter range from 1/8″ to 4″. ECPF can also supply custom fittings and adaptors E.g BSP x NPT.
Thread-o-lets and Other
Thread-o-lets and all other varieties of “O-lets” are available excluding Sweep-o-lets. Materials available from A105/LF2, right through all the stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex, Brass, Alu Bronze and Nickel Alloys.
ECPF can have manufactured all the way up to a 36″ diameter.
Steel tube – EN10255/10217 (BS1387)
All steel tube is British standard, dual certified and CE marked and CPD/ PED compliant.
